I foster relationships with large, mid and small level companies and coordinate efforts with our recruiting team. Ashley Ledoux Psychology, '11 I am now an Australian Resident, I work and live in Melbourne Australia. Claire Benjamin Art, '08 I sell my art full time on Etsy and virtually Boston, MA. I was a featured versifier in the RAWVersifierEnvision Showcase in January 2018 in Boston, MA. I love that I get to paint every day for a living. Brie Pierquet (Kelly) Social Work, '02Withoutreceiving my BSW from Castleton I began my career in social work working in polity mental health programs in Boston. From there, I went on to obtain my Masters in Social Work stratum from SimmonsHigherwith a focus in medical social work. Amey Riley RyanMerchantryAdministration, '99 I loved my time at Castleton. Upon graduation, I was offered an legalistic job at a well-known real manor firm in Middlebury. Without a well-spoken direction on where my career would take me, I wonted the position. Christopher HoffmanMerchantryAdministration, '00 Moved to Colorado and is now the Marketing Coordinator at Centura Health. Centura Health is Colorado’s largest family of hospitals and health superintendency services and one of the state’s largest private employers. Lucas Hall Nursing, '15 I am working as an emergency department nurse in a small hospital in Vermont. The education I received while at Castleton helped establish fundamental knowledge needed both at my job and out in the community. Melissa Disorda Sociology, 2004 Melissa's love of the Rutland County continues to grow (she was raised on her grandparents' dairy sublet in rural Rutland County)!Withoutthe lineage of her second child she began working for the Housing Trust of Rutland County. Katharine Samberg-Lawrence Psychology, '09 I work for The Fortune Society, a non-profit providing reentry services for the justice-involved polity in the greater New York City area. The Fortune society has been helping the formerly incarcerated for 50 years running. Zach Scheffler Media and Communication, '13 I interned at a Vermont publishing corporation my junior year and was hired shortly without graduating. Castleton provided me with skills and wits that enriched me personally and professionally. I value my time spent there as an undergrad immensely. I have lived in Las Vegas with my wife Laurie ('80) for nearly twenty years. Jennifer Seeland DeMauro Social Work, '85 I do mission work in Guatemala and El Salvador. We squire a local mission with towers houses, water filtration systems and stoves as well as providing medical and dental assistance to families in the villages. Bill Laramee Criminal Justice, '93 Pictured whilom are Bill Laramee 93' and his wife Wendy Laramee '94 with his parents and grandparents without receiving the 2017 polity service ribbon from the AmherstZoneChamber of Commerce. Shelby LaCroix Media and Communication, '11 My education at Castleton prepared me for an wondrous career in the field of Communications. I'm currently working as a Communications Specialist in the Marketing & Communications Depart. at Cheyenne Regional; an self-sustaining healthcare system in WY. Ryan Ackerman Media and Communication, '14 I received three job offers in the spring semester of my senior year at Castleton. The Monday without graduation, I transitioned into a full-time position at Puma's North American headquarters. Castleton refined my marketable skills & made me stand out. Liz Martin Sport Management, '04 The Director of Team Partnerships for Steiner Sports, Liz manages all of the relationships with the various teams that Steiner Sports partners with including the New York Yankees, Madison Square Garden (Knicks & Rangers), and Brooklyn Nets. Marie Laukhuf Sociology, '10Withoutreceiving my Bachelor'sStratumin Sociology I went on to receive both a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certification and a Master'sStratumin Education from Castleton in '11 and '12 respectively. Currently I reside in Southeast Georgia with my husband. Matt Forrest Esenwine Media and Communication, '89Withoutspending 25 years in radio as an on-air talent, reprinting writer, and commercial producer, I left the industry in 2012 to develop my children's writing. I now have 11 poems in 7 variegated children's books as well as 'Highlights' magazine. Ryan Stanek History, '15 I started my higher career at Castleton University as a student-athlete and competed for 4 years on the football team. I am currently employed by the Delaware River and Bay Authority Police Department and enlisted in the VT National Guard. Karen Trudeau Media and Communication, '11 I'm living and working in New York City as a social media professional.Withoutschool, I worked my way through internships in Public Relations, an entry-level job in razzmatazz and copywriting, and ended up settling on a career in social media. Mariah Phillips Art, '12 I graduated from Castleton in 2012 with a BA in Fine Art and concentration in graphic design. I am currently living in Los Angeles, California and working on numerous freelance projects with big businesses and corporations. Amanda Larabee Education, '16 Amanda is a Kindergarten Teacher of 18 students in the North Lawndale polity on the west side of Chicago. At her school, she teaches phonics, writing, mathematics, social studies, and science with a facilitator teaching lens slantingly her students. Katharine Samberg Psychology, '09 I graduated in 2009 with a double major in Forensic Psychology and World Literature, both of which helped me land incredible positions in several not-for-profits in Northern Vermont once I graduated. Kristen Partesi Art, '12 Since graduating, I have exhibited and sold artwork in several VT galleries, worked as a gallery coordinator, and in 2013 was hired as a full-time art teacher at a local upper school, where I have worked since. I am currently pursuing an M.A. in Arts Admin Ty MacWalters Environmental Science, '09 I took the education Castleton offered me and used it to workshop into management. Currently I'm the an Operations Manager for a Pharmacy Department at a local hospital. Castleton gave me a well rounded education that prepared me for my career. Terry AunchmanMerchantryAdministration, '90 I am currently the Director of Career and Technical Education for Pasco County Schools. Pasco County is located centrally on the west tailspin of Florida, and is approximately 30 miles northwest of the City of Tampa. Kenzie McCain Education, '12Withoutgraduating from Castleton with my B.A. and teaching credentials, I transferred my license to Florida and have spent the last 5 years teaching 5th grade in the sunshine state. Michael Brown Political Science, '04 As the CEO and Founder of nDash Marketing, Michael helps companies of all sizes and industries publish original content. In year one, the visitor grew to seven full-time employees, with twelve months of subsequent revenue growth. Joan Zabski Rough Education, 1965 A visual artist, poet, and writer of nonfiction, Joan's memoir. Desiree Peck Wyatt Nursing, '83 In thirty years of nursing, whence at Castleton, I have earned both ADN and BSN degrees, and have worked in nearly every willpower within the nursing profession. Castleton gave me the start I needed to launch a very successful & enjoyable career.
